Special InnovativeKids Summer school provisions:
• Parents are kindly asked to take note of term dates. No refunds or deductions will be made for pupils who stop attending
lessons. In the case of sickness or injury, no payments will be refunded for missed lessons.
• Students who have as LSA during the school scholastic year will also require an LSA during the Summer School Programme.

• The school reserves the right to merge classes of different ages [a year younger/older] if the same year is not feasible.
• Management reserves the right to change class and class content at its discretion. All information in the InnovativeKids Summer School brochure, programme, and forms are correct at the time of publishing and may be changed at the Management’s discretion.
• Punctuality and regular attendance are encouraged to maintain the required standard of excellence. In case of non-attendance we would appreciate being informed prior to the scheduled class.
• The school is not responsible for loss of property on the premises.
• All students require to be toilet-trained.
• Applicants must fill in the attached Consent Form and Medical Form for the application to be processed.

Extra Summer services (Optional)
Add Transport – TBA
Peppin Transport offers services for InnovativeKids Summer School 2024 from all locations. Prices vary from €4 to €8 per day per student. Price depends on location and number of students.
Transport Details and Terms
- Fees are to be paid directly to the transport operator. 30% deposit by end of May and 70% before start of the summer school.
- Transport fees are not included in the summer school & course fees.
- Transport is not available for Extra hours (Early drop-off or extended pick-up)
- Please be aware that transportation services are outsourced to a third-party provider. The school expressly disclaims any responsibility for the provision of these services, as they are entirely managed and operated by the designated service provider. We cannot guarantee the availability or reliability of transportation, as it is contingent upon demand and meeting minimum requirements. Any issues or concerns regarding transportation should be directed to the service provider directly.
Shared classroom resources policy ⓘ
All activities are inclusive of Basic Shared-Classroom resources. These resources include shareable pencils, reusable tools and equipment, and basic materials. Other personal-use consumable resources are not included and must be purchased by the student. Personalized student packages are available at an extra charge. Personal use consumables include: personal toolkits, sketchbooks, specialized course materials, clay, fine painting paper etc… which are consumed and/or taken home by the student after individual use.
