Summer School Documents

All parents or guardians of students (below the age of 16) participating during our InnovativeKids Summer School programme and summer courses are kindly requested to complete and submit the Medical & Consent form online (by not later than 30th June) or by hand on the 1st day of the programme.

All parents or guardians who wish to apply for Extra hours (either early drop-off or later pick-up times) AND/OR the Extended programme (+1 or 2 weeks) options are kindly requested to Apply online here.

Later booking amendments and submissions may not be considered.

Note: For one-off early drop-offs/ late-pickups payment are to be made and settled on the day with the School staff present on that day.

Methods of Submission:

Online: All consent forms and documentation may be submitted in advance (before the 30th of June) via email on innovativekidsmalta@gmail.com (Subject example: Medical consent of John Abela)

By Hand: Alternatively, these can be submitted by hand at drop-off on the 1st day of the programme.
