Keith Galea is a multidisciplinary designer and educator specializing in
product design, value innovation, and commercial interior design.

Keith’s expertise spans commercial innovation, interactive design, robotics, and brand development, focusing on creating engaging spatial experiences through bespoke design solutions.

Since starting his career in 1999 as a freelance designer, Keith
has gained extensive experience in exhibition stand design, commercial
interior design, bespoke product design, design graphics, and technical
illustration. His cross-disciplinary projects include bespoke
interiors, branding (latest of which Risen church at MASP), launching
exhibits at Canton Fair china, and SIGMA EU, and immersive experiences
for high-end commercial and interior design projects.

As a Chartered Design Consultant and educator, Keith has significantly
contributed to design and technology education. With 22 years in design
education and 25 years as a freelance creative designer at Keith Galea
Design, he seamlessly bridges experiences from both worlds.

Currently, Keith also serves as the Head of Design and Technology Education (EO D&T) with the Education Ministry in Malta (MEYR) and leads the Design and Technology Learning Centre. Where he has led all recent curricular reforms for Design education at SEC, NCF, LOF including the cross-curricular themes of Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, co-founded the Malta Robotics Olympiad (MRO), led the national 3Dintroduction in all state schools, and leads technical workshop development.
