Team Leaders/ Mentors (for Young Learners)
The Activity Leader is responsible for the organisation and delivery of the social and leisure activity programmes during our summer school programme. The Team Leader’s role is focused on responsibly guiding and leading students during the activities while encouraging exemplary behavior throughout sessions.
Our Team Leaders act as role models or mentors to our students in helping them through the different tasks required.
Key Responsibilities:
> Acts as the key point of contact and advisor for all students at the summer center, ensuring any queries are all dealt with in a courteous and professional manner whilst providing the necessary advice and assistance and effectively dealing with any requests and feedback.
> Assists in the planning, implementation and promoting of student activities assisting students with their requirements in this area.
> Responsible for ensuring company and regulatory procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner including student immigration requirements and statutory procedures.
> Continuously evaluate, obtain student feedback and coordinate accordingly during activities in ways which optimize the student’s experience.
> Maintain good quality behavior among students at all times while ensuring a safe and engaged environment during all activities.

- Charismatic and Responsible
Education Required:
- Post-secondary level of education
Fluent in written and spoken English - An active driving licence.
- An Active First Aid certificate is considered a plus.
