InnovativeKids Coordinator (Seasonal – Summer program)

Job Summary:

Our educational startup is growing! And seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of  Coordinator of Programs during the InnovativeKids Summer period. This hybrid position requires a Degree level with leadership attributes and past experience in primary & secondary education. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of creative programs.

Responsibilities:

The InnovativeKids Coordinator is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and supervision of the InnovativeKids summer school and course programs. The Coordinator will ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for students while upholding the program’s ethos of innovation, creativity, and excellence at each of the below stages:

A) Program Planning and Development:
  • Collaborate with tutors to develop course offerings, curriculum, and program schedules.
  • Ensure that courses align with the InnovativeKids framework, standards, and methodologies.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the staff coordination process, including interviews and hiring decisions, under the guidance of program directors.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and participate in orientation sessions for teaching staff.
B) At Delivery phase:
  1. Supervision and Quality Assurance:
    • Provide ongoing supervision, support, and guidance to teaching staff throughout the program.
    • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the high standards of the InnovativeKids program.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and teaching staff regarding program-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all parents and tutors to ensure a positive program experience.
C) At Post-program coordination stage:
  • Coordinate with tutors for end of summer exhibition or events to showcase student work and achievements.
  • Issue student certificates and gather feedback from parents & students on the program experience
  • Compile program evaluation data and provide performance recommendations for future program improvements during periodic performance reviews

Workload:

  • The InnovativeKids Coordinator is expected to allocate approximately 10-16 hours per course from planning to post-program stages for the successful coordination of program during the duration of the summer period.

Preferred Requirements

Experience & Qualifications: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in program coordination, education management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with educational principles, curriculum development, and student assessment methods.

What We Offer

Remuneration (Compensation and Benefits): 
  • Tutor rates: 11.50-17.56eu per teaching hr (upto 15 hrs per week) dependent on experience and work commitment level.
  • Coordinator allowance: Competitive, and varies between 155-190eu per course based on factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the demands of the program.

  • Part remote-work possibilities: Your duties will include both on-site and other duties which may be performed off-site or from home
  • Note: This position is initially offered on a contractual basis, allowing us to evaluate your performance and contributions. Depending on the individual’s qualifications and the evolving needs of our organization, there is a possibility for the role to transition into a part-time or full-time position. The compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and the responsibilities associated with the role.
